We have an downsizing sale this week!
Perfect-2-perfect is also having small downsizing sale at 1774 McConnell Dr in Loyalsock (Cameo Estates), on April 18th and 19th. We will open at 8:30am and close at 3pm Thursday and 2pm or sold out on Friday. This sale is just a quick downsizing sale to free the home of items which have accumulated and have been sitting around for a little while. We were asked to help liquidate his former office furniture and furnishings and other household items including bicycles.
In office furniture, we have very pretty waiting room furniture from a medical office that includes cherry and leather chairs, stackable chairs, a Cherry Bookshelf, End Table, and Beautiful Cherry Desk all made in Highpoint North Carolina. The original purchase was made years ago with a substaintial investment. We are liquidating these items for a fraction of the formal prices that were paid. Additionally we have Green Leather back chairs for both an office chair with a smaller matching sitting chair, and a star base office chair done in Black upholstery.
Also from the office is a small Dorm Refrigerator with Freezer compartment along with a Rival Toaster Oven. There is also a smaller footprint dorm refrigerator and a brass floor lamp.
In addition to the office furniture, we have lots of other things which will be of interest to shoppers with the first thing being a nice inventory of bicycles including a Performer GT trick bike from the 1980’s. Just look at these bikes on eBay and come and make an offer or buy the bike outright. We have other bikes which are equally reasonably priced and you can get these items as well. There is a Tomcat Free Spirit bike, a Huffy Classy Crew girls bike, an MTV Lerun Skate Bike, and another bike which is not photographed but still very nice.
In household goods, we have a crib mattress, a very nice childs crib, Bookshelves, Office Organizer for paperwork or inter-office mailings, portable A/C Unit (needs new hose and windowmount kit), 2 drawer buff colored lateral file cabinet, 4 drawer gray file cabinet, Beautiful Off-White or country white desk with chair and upper bookshelf storage and another computer desk that is already knocked down and ready to move.
In books, there are lots of books that are from Medical Schools and other books including children’s books and games too. We have lots of binders that are available in preparation to going back to school next year.
Some additional items include a 500MB My Book Harddrive from Western Digital, a Singline 9” laminator, Keyboard, mouse, Avery Mailing Labels, Siemens ID Mouse Professional, Office Supplies, Pens, Highlighters, Paper Shredder, Ski Storage Rack, Skis, and much more.
We do have some linens and clothing.
In toys, there are board games, plush toys,
We also have lots of soft and hard luggage just in time for your summer trips,
In Electronics, we have a Karaoke Machine, CD’s, TV with VCR built-in, entertainment stand, Proton Audio System, Aiwa Digital Audio System with DSP, HP Officejet Printer, X-Box game system,
In sporting goods and exercise, we have very nice tennis rackets, a Nice Bowflex exercise system from Nautilus, Manual Treadmill, skiis, camping cot with 2 seats, Children’s life vests,
We have several prints included a limited edition print called “December Snowfall” .
There may be other items added to this sale that are not listed by the time the sale is started. We plan on closing at 2pm on Friday, but may close earlier if there is a limited amount to sell after two days. There is plenty of parking available for this sale on the streets surrounding this home. This is a nice community and we ask you to please not park-in any neighboring driveways. Entry to the sale will be in the rear of the home. Please just follow the directional arrows. The sale with be in the basement areas that are open to shopping only. Please do not open doors to go into the home as the home is being lived in and is not open to shoppers. We will have limited staff at this sale since there are only two areas to cover in the rear basement area. Please realize this may also result in having to wait to have questions answered and to be taken care of at checkout.

Our next sale is going to be in April 2024 in Cameo Estates. We are estimating it to be a 1-1/2 day sale or 2 day sale depending on the quantity of items selected for sale! This will be a downsizing sale and will be located on McConnell Drive. More information regarding this sale at the dates will be updated once we have a better idea of progression with its preparation.
At the same time, we are also working on an estate sale which will be held off of Bloomingrove Road that features the furnishings of the home and also furnishings from a Cabin as well! This sale will be held the Week of April 25-26 and if needed April 27th.
We are then going to be preparing an estate in Old Lycoming Township featuring a lot of Martial Arts items and other items including a beautiful regulation Brunswick Pool Table in early May. More information regarding this sale coming up as we begin preparation.
Then we proceed back to Wentzler's Fruit Farm for another Estate sale featuring the household goods an furnishings from a family member's estate.
Finally we finish out May at a very nice home on Valamont Drive in Williamsport. Very nice furnishings and much more to be discovered as we begin work on this sale in Late April.

Don' t forget, we can also legally sell your items to a worldwide market on ebay as a licensed and bonded trading assistant (there might be others in the area, but we have yet to see or get their license numbers from them when they are advertising their services). Anyone wishing to sell anything on eBay for another non-family member person or business, must have this license whether it is for an auction or for a fixed price listing. Ron never hides his license number. IT IS TRA000034 and expires in February 2025 and he has held this license since 2009. You can even verify this at the PA Dept of State site here:
